Introduction
Mohd Salleh Koyakoti or better known as Salleh started his career in the Prime Minister’s Department, Malaysia as a member of the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service. From 1974 to 1984, he was a faculty member of the National Institute of Public Administration Malaysia (INTAN) before exiting into a private company as a CEO for three years. Since 1988 to date he operates as a corporate coach and trainer.

Background
Salleh is basically a solution provider involved in designing, developing and implementing organization development program based on specific organizational needs or challenges. Anchoring the design is HOTS as in Holistic Organization Transformation Systems, an instrumented program-learning systems which he jointly developed with two other seasoned coaches and trainers. This was applied in the public and private sector organizations in Malaysia. It has also been tested and accepted in Singapore, Indonesia, Sudan and South Africa. What is special about the program is, the participants get to experience concepts and theories through role-play case study. This is reinforced by the discovery learning methodology that he adopts in all his trainings. The program that Salleh develops is also based on his vast consulting experience at the GRID Organization Development Malaysia from 1988 to 1993 where he was responsible for installing organizational development that included leadership, team and inter-team development in such organizations liked Malayan Banking, Arab Malaysian Bank, Golden Hope, Bintulu Development Authority, Plaat Malaysia, and Tabung Haji just to name a few. Furthermore, his three years of industrial experience as CEO of a plantation, asphalt and quarrying company come handy when designing the program or coaching. In recent time, Salleh Koyakoti has also conducted and facilitated several team building programs among others for different Bank Negara Malaysia’s departments including SEACEN, Bank Muamalat CEO and other teams, B Braun Regional Directors team, and countless PETRONAS OPUs, Shahpadu, Nippon Oil, Buroqoil, RTM, Chevron, Kobe Precision Technology, CIGNA, Salvagnini, SEEDD, Domino Pizza Singapore, Biotropic, Sapura Energy, Aliance Bank, Prudential Insurance Etc. All the above were reinforced through his undergraduate education in economics at the University of Malaya, post graduate studies with Diploma in Development Administration and Master of Public Administration at the Erasmus Institute of Social Studies, the Hague, Netherlands, and Ph.D in Public Policy at the Nelson A Rockefeller College of Public affairs, State University New York. Prior to that, he was made the Fellow of Economics Development Institute, the World Bank, Washington, through a project management course. Subsequently, Salleh also got exposure in Applied International Management through IFL, The Swedish Institute of Management, Stockholm plus training in Defense Economics.
