From 2004 to 2015, I focused primarily on business strategy and bank development. During this time, I also dedicated myself to enhancing soft skills, such as improving service quality, building a strong work culture, and fostering motivation. Additionally, I spent 14 years (2001-2015) at a Sharia Commercial Bank, where I specialized in Islamic socio-economic studies, contributing to various events and media. My contributions include several books on Islamic banking, economics, change management, and cultural transformation. Beyond banking, I have experience managing the establishment of an international hospital. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and field experience with the community on a non-commercial basis, providing insights into change management, cultural transformation, corporate values, and Islamic finance and economics.
