He currently serves as a Project Trainer at AlphaSights in Hong Kong. With over five years of experience as an Account Officer, Business Relationship Manager, and Priority Banking Senior at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, Ikbal has honed his skills in financial management and client relations. Additionally, his roles include being an instructor for various programs such as Management Development, Business Relationship, Customer Relationship, and Frontliner programs at the BCA Learning Institute. Ikbal's extensive regional, national, and international experience encompasses a range of expertise. He has worked on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Balanced Scorecard strategies for notable organizations such as PT Telkom Akses, PT Sushi Tei Indonesia, PT Bio Cycle Indonesia, and PT Pegadaian. His consultancy also extends to business process improvements and standard operating procedures for numerous Indonesian government ministries and agencies, including the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, and the Maritime Security Agency of Indonesia. As a motivational speaker, Ikbal covers topics like self-improvement, service excellence, effective communication, and public speaking. With a focus on coaching and a deep involvement in Service Excellence, Sales and Marketing, Communication, Public Speaking, Self-Improvement, Business Strategy, and Key Performance Indicators, Ikbal's expertise is wide-ranging. He is a member of the Asosiasi Manajemen Indonesia (AMA) and serves as the Manager of Training and Development for the AMA Jakarta Chapter. Ikbal earned his master’s degree in Marketing Management from Trisakti University, following his undergraduate studies in Accounting at Pancasila University. His academic involvement includes leading roles in the Master of Management Communication Forum and the Master of Management Alumni Association.
