I'm Sujatha Singh, an ICF Certified Executive Coach with over 22 years of comprehensive experience in the field, including 19 years dedicated to managing the complete training cycle. My educational background includes a postgraduate degree in General Management from IIM Kozhikode and a degree in Economics from Madras University. In addition, I am a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst from TTI USA and a trained NLP Practitioner. My most recent role was as the Director of Organizational Development at Sharda University, where I focused on meeting the learning and skill development needs of faculty, the management team, and students. This role allowed me to blend my expertise in coaching and organizational development to drive impactful growth and development.
