Introduction
Dinh Hoai Linh has a diverse and impactful background in both education and business, with a focus on enhancing communication and support for the Deaf community. From February 2015 to January 2020, Dinh served as a Civic Education Teacher and Geometry Teacher for Grades 6 to 8 at the Center for Research & Promotion of Deaf Culture in Dong Nai Province. Concurrently, from August 2017 to January 2020, Dinh was a Lecturer of Sign Language for Deaf and Hearing individuals at the same center. This experience was further complemented by a role as a Lecturer of Sign Language for the Hearing at the Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education for People with Disabilities in Ho Chi Minh City from April 2019 to May 2020.

Background
Transitioning into a more specialized role, Dinh worked as a Lecturer of Sign Language at Nang Moi Company from October 2019 to 2022 and has been a Sign Language Instructor for Deaf and Hearing people since March 2020. In addition to these roles, Dinh has been actively involved as the Leader of the Deaf LGBTQIA+ Dong Nai - Vietnam, providing mentoring, training, and support since May 2020. With over six years in education and nine years in business, Dinh has been dedicated to training and supporting the Vietnamese Deaf LGBTQIA+ community, demonstrating a deep commitment to inclusive education and empowerment.
