Background
My background includes teaching ESL/EAL, Chinese, and Korean, as well as serving as a Cambridge and IB examiner Internationally. I am also a certified coach, mentor, and trainer in positive psychology and positive education. I have held leadership roles as Head of Department and Grade Level Coordinator, where I provided valuable insights and solutions to support teachers, parents, and students. After resigning from my teaching career, I founded EduchologyPlus to offer extensive support to diverse communities. My focus is on fostering a positive growth mindset and providing emotional support, empowering individuals to focus on their goals, enhance their strengths, and find direction to achieve their dreams.
