A graduate with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Communications) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Khairul has held various management roles in sales and engineering with multinational entities, including Citibank Berhad, UMW E-Technologies, TWI Technology (SEA), and several others. His extensive background in telecommunication and call center operations has significantly contributed to setting up PABX systems and call centers.
