Aloysiusi Lionel S. Polintan IV
Introduction
Good day! I am Aloy Polintan and at this moment, I am a freelance consultant and trainer. Divina Pastora College, a private Catholic school in Gapan City, was a witness to my growth as a person and as a professional. I started there as a High School teacher, then I was invited to teach full time in the College department two years afterward. At age 22, I was appointed as the Senior High School Program Head, who supervised the beginning phases of the implementation of the SHS curriculum. With this kind of experience, I could say that at a young age, I've had a fair share of leadership's ups and downs, which I am now using to inspire other teachers and young educational leaders. Four years afterwards, I became the Basic Education Principal (K-12) in DPC, which I personally believe fully realized and enriched my understanding of leadership and management of people and operations.
