Introduction
Booventhiran Manogeran had been in then training field with more than 15 years of actual working experience under his belt. Eight of those years have been in training & development. Booven has obtained a Double Honours in Media Innovation & Management Studies from Multimedia University (MMU) respectfully and Train The Trainer certification of Ministry of Human Resource (PSMB).

Acquiescent that a wise trainer is someone who had gained wisdom across different industries, to date, Booven has spread horizon throughout industries that ranged from education, hospitality, aviation, and automotive. Known by his peers and former trainees as a great influencer cum entertainer, Booven lives by the motto “Laugh & Learn”. Booven prefers to look at the glass half full always and believes in giving his best in all his trainings, something that always been his mode of EQ skills that he had picked up from Google’s Search Inside Yourself Program.
