Passionate about making a difference, Cherrise believes in connecting people’s passions and talent to their role, contribution and aspirations. She envisions training & development as a platform for every individual to discover their best and highest potential. With more than 15 years of experience in training locally and internationally including Malaysia, China, and Indonesia, her programmes have impacted more than 60,000 youths and adults ranging from job seekers to management and as well as SME owners. She has also conducted HRDF train the trainer program and has trained more than 200 certified HRDF Trainers. Her clients include Maybank Group, OCBC, Proton, Deloitte, Manulife, Zurich, Munchy’s, Mary Kay, Carlsberg, Parkson, Naza, Levi’s Strauss, Vistage CEO Club, Tuck Sun Logistics, Aifa Hotel, and etc. She has been featured in ONFM, TV2, Sin Chew Jit Poh, Nan Yang Siang Poh, TOP 10 Magazine and Corporate Journey Magazine. Cherrise has earned her International Certification from AICI (Association of Image Consultants International, USA) and earned AICI CIP designation. She is also Internationally Certified Corporate & Children Etiquette Consultant with The American School of Protocol in Atlanta, USA. Besides that, she is a certified PSMB Trainer. She was Founding VP Events for AICI Malaysia Chapter for year 2010/2012 & was awarded Chapter Member of Year 2011.
