Cipto has accumulated over 10,000 hours of training and inspired more than 500,000 participants. He played a pivotal role in community development, particularly with BRR Aceh-Nias in the Mental Rehabilitation and Trauma Healing program for the people of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalaam post-tsunami and the Helsinki agreement from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, he has coached Indonesian migrant workers in Hong Kong and Singapore.
