Dr. Rajpreet Kaur holds a B.Tech, MBA, and Ph.D. in Management from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. With 13 years of teaching and research experience, her work is deeply rooted in areas such as stress management, work-family life balance, labor laws, and industrial relations, including human resource management and organizational behavior. Her research contributions are well-recognized, with numerous papers published in prestigious national and international journals like the Journal of Human Resources in Hospitality and Tourism and Management Research Review, under renowned publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, Sage, and Inderscience.
