Hello, I’m Drs. Cerah Iskradono MM, a seasoned Senior Trainer, Motivator, HR Consultant, and Author with over 36 years of professional experience across four major local companies. My career spans significant roles and accomplishments, including extensive contributions to the development of training programs and consulting services. After a distinguished tenure with Garuda Indonesia, where I retired early in 1998, I took on the role of Director at LPPM Citra, a training center affiliated with MSA Kargo. There, I specialized in designing and delivering training programs focusing on Soft Skills such as Service Excellence, Leadership, Motivation, Personal Effectiveness, and Teamwork.

In 2002, I joined Sinar Mas Agribusiness (PT SMART Tbk) as the Head of the Training Centre, overseeing six regional centers across Indonesia. My responsibilities extended to managing the General Affairs Department, where I led initiatives to enhance service levels, boost productivity, and improve cost-effectiveness. These roles allowed me to implement innovative strategies and achieve breakthroughs in customer satisfaction and organizational performance. My extensive background in teaching and consulting is supported by my affiliation with various HRD Consultants in Jakarta and Medan. I am passionate about delivering impactful training sessions in areas such as High-Performance Leadership, Achievement Motivation, Effective Personal Development, Professional Work Ethics, and Corporate Culture Implementation.
