Background
Stanley holds a Degree in Bachelor of Business (CSU, Australia) in 2004. He then started his career in Public Bank as sales and marketing and move on to be the in-house Sales Capability Trainer in Ambank, developing the sales capabilities of more than 100 SME Relationship Managers nationwide. His last held position as in-house Trainer and Training Manager of a renown Credit Reporting Agency in Malaysia, championing the establishment of Learning and Development Department of the organization from scratch, building the L&D roadmap and enhancing staff capability improvement of more than 400+ employees. Stanley’s vast years of entrepreneurial experience in the recruitment and L&D business enable him to venture into the business pathway with an inspiring, resilient mindset and attitude. His enthusiasm for the human potential and his desire to push the boundaries of possibility through experiential learning, allowing participants to have full learning capabilities experiences throughout the programs. His areas of expertise are in Mindset Change, Team Dynamics, Life Transformation, Leadership Communication and Youth Leadership Development.
