Introduction
Mr. Jyro Triviño finished his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Business Management Honor’s Program in 2005 as a full scholar from Ateneo de Naga University. He earned his Master in Business Administration degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2010, and is currently completing his Doctor of Philosophy in Business degree from De La Salle University – Manila. His research work is aligned with customer experience, and strategic human resource management. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños.

Background
He was the former Associate Training Director and Management Consultant for iLeap Consulting for more than 6 years. He conducted various corporate trainings and consultancy projects for clients such as Nissan Philippines, Epson Philippines, and Globe Telecom among others. Mr. Triviño also served as an Assistant Professor in the College of Business of De La Salle University – Manila, where he handled courses such as Business Mathematics, Business Research and Sytems Theory for undergraduate students. He also had the opportunity to teach Marketing and Finance courses as a Part Time Faculty of the University of Santo Tomas and Far Easten University – Manila. The rigorous Management Trainee Program with Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corporation for almost three years provided him practical corporate experience. He also earned corporate experience from companies like Pfizer, Inc. and BDO Leasing & Finance prior to joining the academe.
