Kamine has been involved in the Training and Development industry and possess a diversified experience in training participants from various backgrounds namely engineering, medical, business, customer service, aviation, hospitality and tourism and personnel from other various industries specifically for English Language Proficiency, Distributed Leadership in Managing Stress at Work, Presentation Skills, Performance Management and various other soft skills. She has also trained participants from Indonesia, China, Kazakhstan, Iran and many other countries for English Language Proficiency and soft skills.

Background
In the years of conducting training for aviation personnel, Kamine has been extensively involved in the development of training modules and exam questions for maintenance and pilot testing for both local and overseas aviation entities; Malaysian Airlines, Firefly Airlines, Malindo Air, AIROD Sdn Bhd, and Sriwijaya Air (Indonesia). She obtained the Language Rater Certification by Latitude Aviation Services, UK. This experience has also brought her to Jakarta, where she trained a group of aircraft maintenance personnel from Sriwijaya Airlines for their English Language Proficiency. On top of that, Kamine was also selected to train a group of personnel from the Royal Malaysian Police Air Wing Unit for their English Language Proficiency. Her strong command of English both in spoken and written has led her in embarking into the field of editorial in which she writes and edits numerous publications for government and private organisations. In fact, she has been selected to host government events in which she also provides comprehensive reports of the events. Additionally,she is engaged in many consultations works for government organisations and at the same time writes numerous articles on KAIZEN implementation, BOND, LEAN Management and Best Practices and Productivity-Linked Wage System (PLWS) for the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), a governing body under the Ministry of International Trade & Industry. Some of the entities she has written articles or work for include Sime Darby, KPJ Hospital, Mutiara Teknologi, Rapid Rail, MRT, Perbadanan Perwira Harta Malaysia (PPHM) under Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) and other reputable organisations. Kamine is also hired to assist in producing impactful speeches for various business engagements, government and private officials both in English and Bahasa Melayu. She also runs series of public training for a range of entities and she is well known to ensure efficiency among her trainees through simplified and effective keys to language comprehension. Her training are structured through the Competency Based Interviews and Talent Development carried out upon clients where she obtains data to enhance skills and identify talents amongst employees. Kamine also marked a recent milestone when she was appointed to conduct English Language Proficiency Training and Confidence Building for the Vessel Traffic Services by ASEAN countries and National Coaches from the Ministry of Sports Malaysia. She conducts training on marketing through social media platform under HRDF for ‘homepreneurs’ and freelancers. In the recent times, her participants have successfully established their own social media platforms to market their business online and this has indeed been a significant milestone is her career. Additionally, she also grooms her participants in being ideal business owners who stand out through selfpresence, online-presence and communication skills. She believes an interactive environment is crucial in ensuring knowledge gain. In fact, case studies and sharing experiences are two core aspects of her training which have been successful and proven productive especially in strengthening language skills and enhancing soft skills in an individual.
