Background
Lizzam holds a Master’s of Science degree, majoring in Information Technology from UiTM in 2019. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Multimedia in 2005, he started with multimedia development, working mainly with design, animation and interactivity. During this time, he embarks on a self-driven learning pursuit on topics such as HTML programming, PHP and JavaScript, with resources available online. In 2007, marks a change in career path where he moved on to web development, working on hundreds of sites and web services along the years. He is currently a senior web developer for a US-based Fortune 500 company, leading a team of multidisciplinary field experts working together with colleagues across 4 countries, providing UI and UX expertise for the various web products. Aside from that, Lizzam did lectures in UiTM for 10 years on Interactive Multimedia, and currently serve as the Industrial Program Advisor for Kolej Vokasional Gerik since 2019. He is a product of both traditional education system, and self-driven learning over the web. And still believes a strong foundation found in the traditional system, together with the determination of self-driven learning could lead many, especially in IT, design and multimedia, to their career and lifestyle of choice.
