Sanda Risma Panggabean

Introduction

Sanda Risma Panggabean, born on May 2, 1970, in Ujung Pandang, Sulawesi, Indonesia, holds a bachelor's degree in law from Atma Jaya University Jakarta, and diplomas in advanced human resources management and manpower law from the University of Indonesia, as well as in English literature from English Language School Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. Over the years, she has worked in various capacities in event organizing, trading, and industrial companies, focusing on general affairs and human resources development. For the past two decades, Sanda has been a dedicated Soft Skills Trainer, driven by her passion for human resources development.

Sanda’s extensive training background includes expertise in smart interpersonal skills, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and life transformation seminars, including fire walk experiences. Since 1998, she has imparted her knowledge and skills to diverse groups ranging from children, youth, and women to employees of NGOs, companies, colleges, and course centers. Her training philosophy emphasizes coaching and mentoring, with a firm belief in motivating individuals to discover their skills, build character, and create positive changes. Currently, Sanda is the Chairperson of her own company, PT. MAKNA Risma Mora, a people developer and consulting business, and serves as Commissioner at PT. Albatros Laju Abadi, a trading company. In addition to her professional endeavors, Sanda is actively involved in international and national organizations. She has been a member of JCI (Junior Chamber International) Jakarta since 1997 and has held numerous leadership positions, including JCI Indonesia National President and JCI Vice President. She founded JCI Indonesia Academy and JCI Indonesia Training for Trainers and currently serves as the Chairperson of Yayasan Kepemudaan Internasional Indonesia. Sanda is also a national board member of HIPPI (Himpunan Pengusaha Pribumi Indonesia) and a board member of the Jakarta Chamber of Commerce. Recently, she has taken on the role of Mentor in the ASEAN Mentorship Entrepreneurs Network (AMEN), representing the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce. Her life philosophy is to live fully, love deeply, listen actively, learn continuously, laugh heartily, lay down one’s life, and leave a lasting legacy. Her expertise includes soft skills, life coaching, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, leadership, motivation, and coaching-mentoring.
