Introduction
As a social entrepreneur specializing in organic waste management, I have been deeply involved in this field since 2005. My journey began with securing funding and grants to better understand waste systems, leading to significant expertise in this area. From 2016 to 2018, I worked as a community support worker in New Zealand, which broadened my perspective on effective community engagement. This experience has been invaluable in my current role as the Project Coordinator for Taman Kabisa, a community environmental movement in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Here, I oversee waste management for over 350 households, focusing on setting up efficient waste systems and educating the community on sustainable waste practices.
