Introduction
Vanessa started her yoga journey in 2010 with Sivananda Hatha. Over the years she dived deeper into Yoga Therapy, Pranayama (breathing) , Dhyana (meditation),Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga) and the challenging Ashtanga yoga . She believes Yoga is not just physical strength but it’s the ideal way of life to attain inner peace. Her mission as a teacher is to influence her students to cultivate their inner peace, strengthen themselves, develop positive health and being mindful.

Vanessa founded VEASY YOGA in 2016. She is recognised by America's Yoga Alliance as “Experience Registered Yoga Teacher” and “ Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider”which allows her to teach worldwide and trains yoga teachers. All her classes are focus on safe practice to avoid injuries. As a Yoga Therapist, she has helped people with anxiety, insomnia, weight loss, sciatica, cervical spondylosis and much more. Besides regular yoga classes, she has specific focus classes like Yoga for Runners, Breathwork and Mindfulness class, Detox workshops. She also organises Yoga Retreats locally and internationally since 2016.
