Mahendran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cost Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and is the author of 7 Roadmaps to Stress Mastery book published in 2023. His professional journey began as a Cost Engineer at Orangebeam Construction Sdn Bhd, later advancing to Senior Executive in Strategic Planning and Monitoring. Leveraging this foundation, he transitioned into entrepreneurship by establishing his garment manufacturing firm, and eventually became an Accredited HRD Corp Trainer, sharing his expertise with young entrepreneurs and professionals. His biography was featured in Successful People in Malaysia (3rd Edition, 2021) by Britishpedia Publishing House, a recognition of his growing influence as a leader and trainer. With more than 1,200 hours of training delivery, Mahendran has built expertise across Agile Leadership, Generative AI tools for business, Team Building , Digital Marketing, Stress Mastery, Customer Relationship Management, Branding, and Entrepreneurship strategies. He is a Certified Professional in Agile Project Management, Certified Professional in Digital Marketing and a Professional Member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS), the Global Speakers Federation (GSF), and a Reskills Coach & Ambassador. His training style combines gamification, business simulation, hands-on activities, brainstorming, and practical self-enhancement techniques designed to unlock peak performance and deliver measurable results.
